Inner Path

For 20 years I have been studying and practicing Vajrayana – a path in the original Tantric Tibetan Buddhism. I am neither a nun nor a scholar, and I live and practice as “Ngakma”, also called “Naldjorma” in Sanskrit. This doesn’t mean, that I have achieved any kind of significant realisation. I just means, that I have dedicated the rest of my life, with an open and sometimes bleeding heart, to keep practising curiosity and presence in my daily Dharma. Whatever may be beneficial, I am happy to share with you. This is my Dharma path.

When we unite our desire and our wish for liberation and direct it upwards, we will embody true awakening. Everything in life becomes a part of an inward movement, a manifestation of our inner Guru. This is the original Buddhist meaning of Tantra.”
